228/365, #131: Groceries

My sister-in-law did most of the shopping for the s'mores. Before this night, the s'mores I'd eaten were regular graham crackers, Hershey's chocolate, and marshmallows. As you can tell, we had designer s'mores this time. Yummy!

217/365, #79: Doors

We enjoyed sitting on the front porch of the Morning Glory Inn and watching the hummingbirds. Don't you love the blue door?

216/365, #347: Vacations & Holidays

Time for another trip, this time to the mountains of West Virginia! This is the Morning Glory Inn, a bed and breakfast at Slatyfork where we spent the night during last week's trip--what a lovely place! I highly recommend it for a relaxing evening.

210/365, #261: Risky

I guess a bear trap isn't risky for me if it's empty, right? But I really wanted to see a bear!

While walking back to the car after seeing the falls (previous post), this interesting creature was crawling on the fence rail. Both its stripes and legs are aligned!

204/365, Rose Hips (My own theme)

I knew these were called Rose Hips, but didn't know anything else about them. If you don't either, you can read more here. Interesting! And I like the bokeh in the top right corner. :-)

196/365, #288: Sleeping

It's been a month and a day since my last post. I haven't forgotten the 365 Challenge, life has just been too busy! I'll get caught up again by posting several photos a day.

This is my cousin's new baby, Kinden, on his birth day doing what new babies do--sleeping! Isn't he adorable?
