The Reason for the Season

Someone sent me the link to a video of the song O Holy Night, so I decided to take photos of some reminders of the real reason for the Christmas season that are found on my tree and in my curio cabinet.

Starburst Lights!

I was experimenting with the settings on the camera last night to see if I could make the lights on our Christmas tree look like starbursts--it worked! I also got a starburst from the streetlight outside the window.
