Definitely broken - don't think I would under that in a big wind!
There are other breaks showing too, wonder at the cause, tree seems sound, terrific bush image nevertheless.

This is the first in a series of photos I'll post from Carter Caves State Park where I've been for the past 3 days with my parents, nephew, and nephew's friend. The boys noticed this broken tree and told me to take a picture of it!
